The Lakewood Cross Country Ski Trail System is operated and maintained by the Lakewood Cross Country Ski Club under Special Use Permit with the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. Lakewood Cross Country Ski Club is a non-profit organization.
Lakewood Cross Country Ski Trails established in 1977 and located in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. 25 km of marked trails groomed for classic and skating. Parking and maps available off County Hwy F, Old 32 Road, McCauslin Brook Country Club in Lakewood.
