Sarah Losurdo
Secretary

Current Term To 2026
Hi, I am your 2025-2026 Chamber Secretary.  I joined the chamber through my job at Spur of the Moment Ranch in Mountain prior to COVID because I enjoy the area, the recreational sports, and the outdoor lifestyle.   Promoting our area, our businesses, the festivals, and everything tourism is truly important to me & my family’s livelihood. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, riding/driving my horses, teaching riding lessons, or cheering on my own kids.  Welcome to Northern Oconto County!

Ashley Couillard
Treasurer

Current Term To 2026
Growing up in the area, I have always had a fondness for the Northwoods way of life. After high school, I left for the Air Force and then stayed in the Southwest for awhile after but found my way back in 2012. My kids got to attend the same school I did growing up, still some of the same teachers, and find themselves while enjoying what a small community has to offer. Now only one kid left at home but she is a busy one! When I am not working at Northern Perks, the majority of time I am Dance momming it up with her, or cheering her on at a meet 😉 In what spare time I do find beyond that, I enjoy camping in our RV, travelling, live music, video games, cooking & crafting. While we owned Golden Eagle, I had become part of the Chamber but was not able to be as fully immersed as I am now. I greatly enjoy being able to give back to the community and support for small businesses in the area. Being a small business owner myself for those years, it really gave me a sense for how important it is to work together for the greater of all!

Long, long ago in a galaxy far, far away my husband and I decided we needed a career change. I wanted to do something that involved horses but I don’t train, or want to do traditional boarding. Long story short someone told us about a place called West Shore Ranch in Mountain WI. Went up to visit on July 4th, 2000, another long story short by the time we left, I had named it Spur of the Moment Ranch, and my life in hospitality was born. I love it, never looked back, can’t think of anything I would rather be doing than assist people in finding things to enjoy in northern Oconto County. 25 years later, we are still here, and thanks to our daughter Sarah who now runs the ranch, I can enjoy visiting with many of the guests I have made friends with over the years.
